Bubble algae

Anyone know a decent way to get rid of bubble algae? Other than romoving it manually without breaking them?

U may have to be patient with bubble algae using vibrant.

What are ur dosage ml & frequency ?

Bryopsis is much harder to eliminate & I am dosing 1ml vibrant/10gal 2x per wk to battle bryopsis. Signs that they are weakening after 1 mth .

Suggest continue manually removing large bubbles plus vibrant dosing so that the bacteria from the vibrant can settle on the young bubbles & limit their growth. One side effect is vibrant may harm weak sps frags while harmless to colonies. Good luck.

Current tank conditions : 48x24x24 in 100 gal Chinese Ledzeal Malibu 4ft plus 2x54w T5, RO AC-DC 5500s skimmer, Vinegar/ Vodka carbon dosing with trace elements supplements, Vortech mp40 & Maxpect Gyre 130 wavemakers.

Center piece table acro perished due to bleaching after switching from T5 to LED. Looking forward to meet up with u & other old forum members in our future TT sessions. Happy reefing.
